30-Day RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. For sale items, you have 14 days from the despatch date to return your item.
How to Return:

Notify us: Please let us know you'd like to return an item by completing our online returns form.

Locate your order number: You'll find your order number on your order confirmation email. It starts with the prefix TKA followed by a series of numbers (e.g., TKA12345).

Pack your item securely: Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please return it in the same condition you received it. Items without tags or damaged packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Include your order number: Write your order number (TKAxxx) clearly on a piece of paper and place it inside the return package. This will help us process your return quickly.

Return by post: We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return. This will provide you with proof of postage and help you track the package's progress. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

REFUNDS
We will issue a full refund including the original standard delivery cost within 1-2 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Any additional fee paid to upgrade to expedited delivery will not be refunded.

Depending on your bank, the refund should appear on your account within 3-7 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage costs.

Personalized items, gift wrapping, and eGift Cards cannot be refunded.
